What is Performance HQ?
Performance HQ is an operational AI platform that deploys purpose-built AI agents on top of your existing technology infrastructure. No rip-and-replace. Agents connect to your data, learn your processes, and execute — privately, securely, and entirely within your control.
The platform sits natively on top of Microsoft 365 and integrates with Copilot, making adoption seamless for organizations already invested in the Microsoft ecosystem. Each agent is a specialized, industry-trained function — not a generic chatbot — built to automate specific operational workflows with measurable output.
Private by Default
Every agent runs within your own network boundary. Your data never leaves your infrastructure.
Industry-Specific Agents
Each agent is pre-trained on domain-specific operational patterns — not generic AI repurposed for enterprise.
Live in 7 Days
Automated deployment pipelines go from contract signing to production agents in one working week.
Built on Top of Your Stack
Performance HQ is designed to augment your existing tools, not replace them. The platform integrates natively with Microsoft 365 — including SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and OneDrive — and surfaces AI agent capabilities directly within the workflows your teams already use daily.
Agents are fully compatible with Microsoft Copilot. The Performance HQ agent layer can extend or supplement Copilot with domain-specific operational intelligence that generic LLM assistants can't match. For organizations running Copilot today, deployment is even faster.
Microsoft 365 Native: Agents interact directly with Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Power BI, and OneDrive. No separate interface required — your team works in tools they know.
For ERP and enterprise systems, Performance HQ ships with certified REST API connectors:
For network infrastructure environments, Performance HQ integrates with Aruba for network-layer data ingestion, enabling agents to correlate operational events with network telemetry in security and OT contexts.
LLM Agnostic Architecture
Performance HQ is deliberately model-agnostic. The platform is not tied to any single large language model. Organizations can bring their own preferred LLM — whether that is Azure OpenAI, a self-hosted open model, or a proprietary enterprise model — or use the default private model runtime that ships with the platform.
Why this matters: LLM capabilities evolve rapidly. Being agnostic means your agents improve as models improve — without re-implementation, vendor lock-in, or migration cost.
The key distinction of Performance HQ agents is that they are industry-specific operational functions, not wrappers around a general-purpose chat model. Each agent encapsulates:
Domain Knowledge
Pre-trained on industry-specific process patterns, terminology, and regulatory requirements.
Workflow Logic
Deterministic process rules layered above the LLM to ensure consistent, auditable outputs.
Context Isolation
Each agent operates in its own isolated context, preventing data bleed between agent types.
Automated Deployment
Performance HQ uses a fully automated CI/CD deployment pipeline. From contract signing to live production agents in 7 days — no lengthy IT projects, no manual server configuration, no custom integration work for standard connectors.
Automated Pipeline: Infrastructure-as-code templates provision your dedicated tenant, configure connectors, and deploy agents automatically. The entire process is repeatable, version-controlled, and auditable.
Separate Tenants
Every client runs on a fully isolated tenant. No shared infrastructure, no shared data stores, no cross-client exposure under any circumstances.
Cloud Agnostic
Deploy on AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud — or on-premises in your own data centre. The pipeline is cloud-neutral.
IaC Templates
All infrastructure defined as code. Environments are reproducible, rollback-capable, and version-controlled by default.
Data Privacy
Data privacy is architectural — not a policy add-on. Performance HQ is designed from the ground up so that client data never leaves the client's own infrastructure. There is no telemetry, no training on client data, and no shared model state between tenants.
Zero Egress Guarantee: The LLM model runtime is deployed within your private network or dedicated environment. No data is transmitted to external AI providers during inference. Processing happens locally — always.
On-Premises or Private Cloud
The full agent stack — including the model — can run in your own data centre or a dedicated private cloud environment.
GDPR Compliant
Architecture aligns with GDPR Article 25 (data protection by design). No third-country data transfers for EU-deployed tenants.
Full Audit Logs
Every agent interaction is logged with immutable timestamps. Audit trails are complete and available for regulatory inspection.
Authentication & Access Control
Performance HQ includes enterprise-grade authentication and access management out of the box. The platform integrates with your existing identity provider — no separate credential management, no shadow IT.
SSO / LDAP
Integrates with Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta, and any LDAP-compatible identity provider.
Role-Based Access
Granular RBAC controls which agents, data sources, and outputs are accessible per user role.
MFA Enforced
Multi-factor authentication enforced at the platform level. Configurable per-tenant policy controls.
Session Management
Token-based session controls with configurable expiry, device trust, and anomaly detection.
Microsoft Identity Integration: For M365-deployed tenants, authentication flows through Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD). Users authenticate once with their existing corporate credentials — no additional accounts or passwords.
